Healthy lifestyle program

My objective is to make you independent in the management of your health capital by offering you the opportunity to change your lifestyle (you are an actor in your health) by taking into account :

  • your nature, your lifestyle and your environment, your eating habits, any physical or emotional disorders that affect you, your family history... and any current medical treatments,
  • the own rhythm that your "terrain" will follow to find the balance you are looking for.

Why take care of your lifestyle?

The human body is an open system: it constantly interacts with its environment. It consumes energy in the form of food, oxygen and water from the environment, and it releases energy in the form of heat and waste.

We can thus understand how the characteristics of the environment and its relationships with it can affect its functioning :

  • Physico-chemical factors: food, cosmetic products, everyday household products, drinks, dental amalgams;
  • Psychological factors: living and working conditions, stress, social relationships, traumatic events, negative thoughts
  • Environmental factors: electromagnetic pollution, time spent in front of the television, smartphones, Wi-Fi, proximity to nature.

By adopting a healthy lifestyle :

  • You preserve your health capital,
  • You promote and maintain your physical, emotional and mental balance,
  • You improve your vital energy and your self-healing abilities to deal with external aggressions and everyday ailments,
  • You find in natural approaches the weapons to fight against your fragilities or your chronic disorders.

Progress of the lifestyle program

Step 1: get to know each other

The first exchange will allow us to get to know each other.

You will be able to express your expectations, your concerns, the contextual elements of your life that you would like to share with me.

For my part, I will present to you the possible approaches to build your personalized vitality program together. This will also be an opportunity to answer your questions.

If we both agree to work together, I will give you some homework and suggest setting up a meeting.

Step 2: establish a complete personalized assessment

Through a structured exchange, we will take stock of:

  • your physical and emotional health
  • your personal and family history
  • your life events
  • your lifestyle habits

Step 3: define your lifestyle program

  • An in-depth analysis of your balance sheet allows me to identify areas of work.
  • For each area of work, I will present the techniques required: nutritional rebalancing, reflexology, massage, physical and respiratory exercises, guided meditation...
  • All of this will not be done all at once, all at once. Your program will be part of a schedule that will allow you to lay the solid foundations of a balanced and healthy life.

Step 4: Conduct your program

Each session will focus on one or two themes (exchange, reflexology, etc.). It also allows you to take stock once every month or every two months, and to see together if it is necessary to adapt your program, to make it evolve to take into account your personal biological rhythm.

At the end of this stage, you will have regained your vital energy and a state of good health that is satisfactory given your situation.

Step 5: maintain harmony

Now it’s about maintaining your state of physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The maintenance sessions are there to prevent you from letting yourself be drawn into bad habits by the whirlwind of life and from losing your biological harmony.

2 to 3 times a year, depending on your needs, you can schedule a reflexology session or a massage to correct the first signs of dysfunction.

Consultations are done in person and by appointment. I am available between 2 sessions by phone or email to answer all your questions

First session: free

Subsequent sessions (1 hour): 90 euros (excluding travel)

Some sessions may be done remotely by videoconference.
