1. Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage

🙌🏻 Abyangha massage is a holistic practice of traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda). Its strong pressure stimulates all of the body's energy points, and its enveloping movements help to harmonize the body's vital energy and to reconcile body and mind. You will emerge from this amazing journey relaxed and peaceful, and will feel a new and reassuring energy within you.

In India, massage has been practiced for more than 6,000 years. Abyangha massage is considered one of the most important massages in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda is a true art of living which aims to reconcile body and mind. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “science of life”. Abhyanga is a family tradition practiced by children from 10 years old; each family therefore develops its own practices based on the traditional approach. The Abhyanga massage is based on the seven energy centers of the body (the chakras), which the massage helps to rebalance by stimulating the pathways of energy to allow it to circulate freely throughout the body. It is an enveloping and gentle massage characterized by circular and sliding pressure, friction, but also stretching. He can also practice acupressure points.

It is traditionally made with hot sesame oil; For my part, I prepare a vegetable and organic massage oil in macera from sesame oil, olive oil and herbs from my simple garden located south of Fontainebleau (77).

I adapt the massage to each person according to expectations and the terrain, mixing massage and reflexology techniques. I perform the massage in a subdued atmosphere conducive to an inner journey, in an olfactory and musical atmosphere conducive to a change of scenery. At the end of this journey, you will feel peaceful, free from stress and nervous tension, and relieved from your muscle and joint pain. You will have the feeling of a rediscovered harmony between your mind and your body.

Progress of a session

When you arrive, a glass of water is placed for you next to the easel where you can place your belongings; I also suggest that you wash your hands and go to the toilet. A quick discussion allows me to ask you if you would like a gentle or intense massage, if you have particular pains which would lead me to have a gentler approach to certain areas, and if you have any particular expectations.

I offer you a single-use underwear if you wish, then let you get ready and sit on the massage table to begin your sensory journey. The journey will begin on the stomach…

At the end of your massage, take your time to come back to reality. Maybe start by sitting on the table to emerge. I have prepared a towel for you to blot the oil from your body. You also have the possibility to take a shower on site.

2. Ayurvedic facial and head massage

Ayurvedic facial and head massage alternates gentle movements and pressure on specific acupressure points on the face and head. It contributes to the energy balance of the body by realigning the energy channels (the nadis), and by harmonizing the doshas, which are the three vital forces according to Ayurveda.

The Ayurvedic oil massage of the face and head is distinguished by its enveloping and fluid movements from the shoulders to the top of the head. It provides a deep feeling of relaxation and letting go; in addition to relieving mental and physical tension, it helps to reduce fine lines and bags under the eyes and to drain, brighten, firm and hydrate your skin and hair. Certain specific movements can also help clear your sinuses and drain your digestive and lymphatic system.

3. Ayurvedic stomach massage

Our stomach digests food and our emotions. It is the reflection of our thoughts and the actor of our health. It is a very sensitive, even painful, area and intimate too. With the Ayurvedic belly massage, coax your second brain, catch your breath, support the digestive system and your organs and harmonize your first chakras.

Among the Chinese Taoists, the original Qi, the meeting place of the energetic body and the physical body, is located in the middle of the stomach. All physical or psychological tensions felt will echo at the level of the stomach, this stomach being considered here as an energy center, a center of gravity, an emotional center. The stomach helps maintain physical and mental health. The belly protects the intimate, the emotions, the secret of being. Ayurvedic belly massage is an ancient therapeutic practice in traditional Indian medicine; it aims to balance the body's vital energy and promote health and well-being by focusing on the abdominal region. This massage is performed with hot vegetable oil, alternating gentle, circular and rhythmic movements on the stomach, and light pressure on certain specific acupressure points.

It promotes digestion by stimulating internal organs such as the stomach, liver, intestines and pancreas, and helps relieve digestive problems such as bloating, gas, constipation and abdominal cramps. It helps eliminate toxins accumulated in the body by stimulating the lymphatic system and blood circulation in the abdominal region. It also acts on an emotional and energetic level by promoting the release of emotional tensions stored in the stomach, thus promoting a feeling of relaxation and mental well-being. The belly massage allows me to work on the balance of chakras 2 and 3, that is to say the Bladder-Water chakra as well as the Digestion-Fire chakra of the Solar Plexus.

4. Ayurvedic floor massage

🙌🏻 Discover the Abhyanga massage in the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, with hot oil on a massage mat on the floor. I designed this massage by playing with the reinforced connection to the ground, and access to the vertical dimension. I mix approaches: Ayurveda, Reflexology and Do In. My signature massage thus offers a unique experience of connection to the earth and to oneself.

In India, massage has been practiced for more than 6,000 years. Abyangha massage is considered one of the most important massages in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda is a true art of living which aims to reconcile body and mind. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “science of life”. Practiced on the floor, the massage technique used is the same as on a massage table, emphasizing fluid, enveloping, supported and rhythmic movements to stimulate blood circulation, eliminate toxins and promote deep relaxation. However, ground massage allows for a better connection with the earth, thus promoting a feeling of rootedness and anchoring. Floor massage also allows you to increase the number of points of contact and develop the feeling of pressure points by mobilizing more body weight.

Practiced on the ground, Abhyanga ensures a deeper relaxation of the muscles and a release of energy blockages, as well as a rebalancing of energies mobilizing the first chakras more significantly. The absence of the table blurs the material barrier that it constitutes between you and me; a new intimacy is created during the massage, rich in respect and trust, reinforcing letting go and a state of deep relaxation.
I practice floor massage when I travel to my home; I also practice it in the office.

You also have the possibility to take a shower on site.

In the case of an appointment at your home, you will need to ensure that you have sufficient space, in a clean and quiet place (no noise, no traffic).

Some tips to prepare yourself and make the most of your massage session:

  • Take a shower before your massage session
  • Do not wear jewelry: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, watch; if you forget to leave them at home before coming, you will have the opportunity to put them down before taking a seat on the massage table
  • At the start of the session, switch your mobile phone to “airplane” mode so as not to be distracted during your session
  • Do not plan to do any sustained physical activity after your massage session in order to benefit from all its benefits
