Nicolas VILLEREZ

Naturopathy practitioner

Life sciences at the heart of my training course

I base my naturopathic approach and practices on solid scientific knowledge; I also have a passion for reading scientific publications and reconciling all the elements in a global (holistic) vision of pathologies.

Preparatory classes
in biology

My years of prep school. brought me fundamental knowledge of life and earth sciences:

  • Cellular biology: cellular structure (phospholipid membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, etc.), cellular functions (nervous, exocrine, endocrine, muscular, etc.)
  • Physiology of organisms: photosynthesis (and the Calvin cycle which converts light energy into chemical energy in the process of photosynthesis), respiration (and the Krebs cycle which generates, thanks to mitochondria, the energy of cells and the organism ), reproduction, regulation (hormonal, nervous, immune, etc.), genetics
  • Biochemistry: glycolysis, photosynthesis, protein synthesis, etc.

Engineer school
in agronomy

For three years, I completed my theoretical training in prep classes. through teaching resulting from applied research conducted by INRA:

  • Plant production and eco-environmental approach: plant cultivation, diversity, ecosystem (relation to the environment, air, water, earth, sun), pathologies, agri-food sector and plant processing
  • Animal production: breeding, food, agri-food sector and animal processing
  • Food: food science, nutrition

From my training as an agricultural engineer and my preparatory classes, I have kept the scientific spirit, the passion for the beauty of life, the respect for its properties, its laws, its magic.

Practitioner training
in naturopathy

  • KOREVA, approved by the Union of Naturopathy Professionals, Qualiopi certified
The complete practitioner course allowed me to approach the major disciplines of naturopathy and to acquire the techniques allowing me not only to advise but also to manipulate (massages, reflexology, etc.).
  • AZENDAY School
  • I continue my continuing education through scientific publications and practical training (archaic reflexes, Qi gong, DO IN).

After 5 years of training in naturopathic approaches and techniques, I am a naturopathic practitioner, specialized in Ayurvedic massages and plantar, facial and cranial reflexology.

Independent since 2011, I work today with 15 stones corresponding to the chakras, and essential oils in a targeted manner. I prepare my own massage oils and reflexology balms from high quality organic products: sesame and olive oils, shea and coconut butters, from which I prepare my macerates with plants from my “Garden des Simples” south of Fontainebleau.

Amateur musician and singer, I seek vibrational and energetic harmonies consistent with the techniques requested by selecting music specific to each massage.
I offer personalized sessions by mixing different techniques, in order to offer you a cocktail of well-being that responds to your daily tensions and ailments.
